How we will operate during the November Lockdown Lockdown in England. A second lockdown will begin in England on Thursday. The Government guidance currently states that where you can’t work from home, you can go to work including in other people’s homes. Click here . Section 6 of the guidance states that people who can’t effectively work form home can go to the workplace. Non-essential shops are to close, but there is not a definitive list yet of what is classed as non-essential yet. Where a non-essential retail shop is closed it can remain open for delivery to customers and click and collect. The Guidance states that further details on restrictions will be set out in law and that further guidance will be published, so things may yet change . As with most suppliers in our industry, our order book is currently bursting, and with the run up towards Christmas we ha ve not seen demand diminish.
